CAP-106 Forest Management Plan

Service Description

A Conservation Activity Plan - Forest Management Plan (CAP-106) meets the standards of the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) standards. Contact your local NRCS office to find out the grant deduction allowed for your property. A CAP-106 plan is a more in depth plan that includes detailed maps (property boundary, units, soil, etc.), unit descriptions, land use type descriptions, special resources, management techniques, management schedule, resources, and much more! Also included in the forested unit descriptions are species composition, diameter distribution, current timber value, and other tree data based on a point sample cruise (medium cruise intensity). Note: You must apply for cost/share approval through your local NRCS office.
